Airport Delivery Information

Terminal 1,2 and 3 Pick Up Areas

    As you exit the terminals, please make your way towards the front of the Park Royal Hotel. Once you message that you have collected your bags, we will be 10-15mins from that point.

  • Ground view

    When you exit the airport, head across to the car lane directly infront infront of the park royal hotel (shown in green). We will pick you up here and transport to carpack location nearby to take photos and check in and introduce you to the car

Dropping back your car at T1, T2 & T3

    To drop the vehicle back to us at T1, 2 or 3 please nominate which terminal you would prefer as per the map above via message on the turo app. Also let us know the time of your arrival and enable “Share Location” through the Turo app, this will enable seemless dropoff of the vehicle - please don’t be late as we will be waiting there.

  • Route

    Follow the route in shown in gold, make sure you go up the ramp. We will meet you at the designated zone, unpack your bags and empty the car of rubbish, check out on turo and we will take it from there!

Terminal 4 Pick Up and Drop Offs

  • T4 Carpark Pick Up and Drop Off

    As you exit T4 terminal, head right and make your way towards the green area shown.

  • T4 Level 1 Carpark

    Head up the yellow escalators and we’ll meet you at the pick-up area. Drop offs of vehicles are located at level 2 for returns.
